John Haines
John Haines brings over 35 years experience in operations & repair of building systems for commercial, industrial, institutional and residential facilities.
Mr. Haines has extensive experience and knowledge in commissioning & start-up of new construction, tenant renovations and retro-commissioning for commercial office buildings, multi-family residential projects, public museums and performing arts facilities.
He served as Engineering Director at both the national level for CarrAmerica Realty Corporation and regional level for Tishman Speyer Properties.
His trade and professional associations include ACG Certified Commissioning Agent, ASHRAE Member (national & local chapters), Member of US Green Building Council (national & local chapters), National Institute for the Uniform Licensing of Power Engineers (NIULPE) and the National Association of Power Engineers (NAPE).
